AT&T's massive Blunder →
High level summary:
Rather than capitalize on the success, cash-flow and account conquests afforded by the iPhone exclusive, AT&T just enjoyed the profits and apparently invested little to nothing in their network.
Result:
They will learn the rather painful lesson that most people love the iPhone and have little interest in the network behind it other than it be stable, reliable and fast.
Here’s hoping to AT&T’s strategic thinkers getting the message and doing something to remedy that before Summer 2010.
