Rather than capitalize on the success, cash-flow and account conquests afforded by the iPhone exclusive, AT&T just enjoyed the profits and apparently invested little to nothing in their network.
Result:
They will learn the rather painful lesson that most people love the iPhone and have little interest in the network behind it other than it be stable, reliable and fast.
